So you're looking for more information or a company called Efusjon.  Well, in this Efusjon review I will show you some very important information about the company.  After reading this, you'll understand more about Efusjon energy club, the Efusjon drink, whether there is an Efusjon scam and most importantly what you can do to guarantee success in any MLM business.

In January of 2009 this brand-new company called Efusjon club was born.  I've been approached by the people in this company many times, and while hearing very little about the actual product, I've heard many times about their new, "revolutionary" compensation plan.  But, we'll get into that a bit later.  R.S. Edwards, Robert Towles, Marc Sharpe, and Kenny Gilmore are the guys who started Efusjon. The company's flagship product is named Raw.  From what I can see they have a few other energy drinks as well.  One interesting fact is that the Efusjon energy drink contains no caffeine or stimulants.  This intrigues me in a couple of ways, starting with the fact that this is actually good thing.   Caffeine and other stimulants are horrible for your body and should be avoided.  The next is that they even call it an energy drink.  While I would refer to Efusjon energy is more of a juice, most consumers are still looking for the stimulus.  As sad as this is.

The compensation plan must surely confuse most distributors when they first start their Efusjon business.  I have looked into many, many plans in this one took a little bit for me to understand.  Basically, you earn up to 4.25% commission on the sales volume of your team.  They call their plan a 3 x 15 forced matrix.  Huh?  Anyway, it pays you in about six different ways.  To begin, there is a retail profit.   Next is the bonus which is paid when one of your new members signs up with a bulk product pack. If a certain rank is achieved within 30 days you have access to the coach product volume bonus. Duly paid up to 4.25% of your team's volume from the personal enrollee bonus.  The fifth is called the community overlap which is where I get lost.  This bonus appears to give you income from people that are not even in your organization.  This is weird, as someone can be paid for work that they have not even done.  The name of the game in MLM is recruiting, and when you reboard someone for doing nothing this definitely only hinders growth  I would rather be paid for the work I do, than have my commissions lowered so everyone can make money.  The final way to get paid is a few percent bonus which is rewarded to the top 30 distributors.  While this compensation plan has its flaws, it looks to be fair and could pay pretty well.  I believe it is nothing more than a ploy, the community overlap plan, to trick people into thinking they'll get something for nothing.  All in all, the total payout of the plan is 50%, which is pretty good.  This is not the highest in the industry, and like I said the community overlap could actually hinder a hard workers', income.

Next, I want to tell you what I found when I looked into the support and training that Efusjon offers.  While they are definitely more current than most companies, I feel that they still drastically missed the mark with their strategies.  Facebook games, that's what Efusjon's plan is.  Efusjon's initial growth was mainly because they told members that these games would cause massive growth.  This is their strategy.  Are you kidding me?  It seems like a stretch that just because someone is playing a game on Facebook that will go out and sign up for a business.  And on top of that, I'm pretty sure the people spending time playing stupid games on Facebook or not the people we want in our businesses anyways.

Now, what could you do if you are going to build your MLM business?  Is there a more intelligent way than annoying friends and family and talking but if Facebook game all day?  That's right, there's a much better way.  And for once, it actually resembles a business. How about figuring out how to get people to contact you for assistance instead of you chasing them down.  This is actually a very simple strategy, that just requires some work and learning.
